Application Forms

Thank you for logging on to the dedicated NB Medical Education web site. This part of the site enables you apply for one of our courses by following a simple 4 step process

Steps

1. download the application form using the instructions below
2. print the form using the printer attached to your PC. Alternatively you can save the form as a pdf document for future printing if this is more convenient
3. complete the form indicating the course you wish to take, when and where
4. return the form to NB Medical Education by post with your course fees

Downloading an application form

The following instructions assume that you are using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. If you are using a different browser and you experience problems please contact NB Medical Education directly for an application form.

1. Please select the course information you require from below by left-clicking on the course title. The appropriate form will then be displayed in either a new browser window or in Adobe Acrobat Reader depending on the configuration of your computer.

"Hot Topics Ireland": GP Update Course

1. If the form loads into a new browser window, you can print the form on your local printer by selecting print. If your browser has loaded the form directly into Adobe Acrobat Reader please proceed normally.
2. If you experience difficulty, you may also access a copy of the application form by "right-clicking" and saving the application form to your hard-disk using the "Save Target As" option. You may then open the form from your hard-disk using Adobe Acrobat Reader as usual.
